I will support you in developing your personal solutions. To do this, you need a clear cause, you can then leave the rest to me. In a benevolent, supportive exchange, you will define your goals and, after a few appointments, achieve a result that suits you.

What?

I see coaching as providing short-term support for achieving specific goals and developing solutions. ‘Straightforward!’

The focus is therefore on achieving a quicker result rather than providing long-term support. A coaching process usually lasts a few months and is more intensive during this time. Depending on the topic and urgency, sessions e.g. can take place weekly and in double sessions. 

Online appointments are relatively flexible and can be arranged at short notice.

How does it work?

At the beginning of the coaching process, the assignment and desired goal are clarified as precisely as possible. This is always the focal point of the collaboration. Of course, this goal may expand or change during the process, but for the purposes of successful solution-focused coaching, it should also be recorded. The coaching is, of course, oriented towards your resources and strengths and takes place in a supportive and accepting atmosphere. However, it also thrives on feedback and requires the willingness to engage.
